This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of unifiedit.tech, any client portal or project management tools provided by Unified IT llc, and any associated web properties. This policy supplements our Terms of Service.
01Scope
This AUP applies to any interactive features of our web properties, including contact forms, client portals, project dashboards, file upload or sharing features, and any authenticated areas of the Site.
02Prohibited activities
You may not use our web properties to: upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable; upload or transmit malware, viruses, ransomware, or any code designed to disrupt or damage systems; attempt to probe or test the vulnerability of any system without explicit written authorization; harvest or collect information about other users; use automated systems to send more requests than a human could reasonably produce; circumvent or interfere with any security features; send unsolicited communications; share login credentials with unauthorized parties; or upload content that infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights.
03Client portal and project tools
If you have been granted access to a client portal or authenticated area: you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, you must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access, access is granted for the specific business purpose documented in your service agreement, you may not share access credentials with individuals not authorized under your service agreement, and all data accessed through the portal remains subject to applicable confidentiality or non-disclosure terms.
04Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access, termination of service agreements, and reporting to law enforcement where appropriate. We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and take any action we deem appropriate.
