What government work needs from a network
State, local, tribal and federal work runs on NDAA-compliant UniFi hardware, bought through your own procurement process, and handed over with the as-built documentation an auditor expects to find.
- NDAA
NDAA-compliant hardware
The NDAA bars federal agencies, and in many cases their contractors, from equipment made by Huawei, ZTE, Hikvision and Dahua. We hold every network we build to it, federal or not.
- UniFi networking and Protect cameras, compliant across the full line
- Firewalls, switches, access points, NVRs and access control covered
- Any other manufacturer verified before we buy
- Procurement
Procurement that fits your process
We work inside your process: formal RFP, RFQ and multi-stage procurement, with proposals in your format.
- Registered vendor in Florida, working with municipalities nationwide
- Federal work under NAICS 541512, 541519 and 541618, as prime or subcontractor
- Pre-sales engineering at no cost on larger initiatives
- Engineering rates published up front
- Documentation
Audit-ready documentation
State audits, HIPAA where it applies and NIST CSF put documentation obligations on the network. We hand you the as-built and the evidence; your auditor attests.
- As-built diagrams, port maps and credentials in your vault
- Every port, VLAN, SSID and uplink tested against the design
- Configuration exports, firewall and VLAN documentation, logging proof
Questions
Straight answers on what we do and what we do not.
No. We work in non-classified environments: hardened edge infrastructure, mission-adjacent networks and site-level support under a prime. We do not hold a facility clearance, though our engineers can obtain security clearances to work on classified systems under a prime’s sponsorship. We are aligning our internal processes with NIST SP 800-171 and working toward CMMC, and we publish where we stand in the Trust Center.
Not today. UniFi does not ship FIPS 140-validated cryptography, which federal agencies and some defense contracts require. CJIS, the FBI security policy for police, courts and corrections, requires FIPS-validated encryption, so it inherits the same gap. If you need either, we will tell you up front and design around it.
Yes. Under a prime we run the technical workstream: site surveys, staging, rack and stack, configuration and hardening under the prime’s direction, cutover, validation and as-built documentation, inside your controls and delivery process.
Yes. We are a registered vendor in Florida and work with municipalities nationwide, and our Technical Assistance Center dispatches engineers anywhere in the contiguous United States.
Yes. We can lead the build and supervise contractors, work alongside your integrator or cabling partner, or hand you a design your team deploys with our oversight. Either way you work directly with an engineer.
