Dorm Wi-Fi is costing you students
Wi-Fi is consistently the top complaint in housing-satisfaction surveys, and prospective students ask about it on tours. A resident arrives with a phone, a laptop, a console, a smart TV and a watch, and expects all of them to work as they did at home. Corridor-coverage designs from 2015 weren't built for that, and residents notice by the second week of the semester.
