Unified IT is a small team, and we’re selective about who we bring on. We look for evidence of exceptional ability and for character that fits our core values: humility, excellence and innovation. A college degree is not required.
We care about what you’ve done more than what’s on paper. Include examples of exceptional ability in your submission: Eagle Scout, complex problems you’ve solved, a home lab you built, a simple fix for a difficult problem. If you’ve done rack builds, cable management or network documentation, we’d love to see photos. We hire engineers who have worked across every layer of the OSI model.
