# Wi-Fi engineered for any environment.

Predictive and on-site surveys, then a manual channel and power plan across 2.4, 5 and 6 GHz, designed to your floor plan before an AP is mounted.

A sample channel plan · 12 APs · 5 GHz

- Classroom wing CH 36 · 44 · 52 · 60 · 100 · 108 ONE AP PER CLASSROOM
- Commons wing CH 116 · 124 · 132 · 140 ONE AP PER ROOM
- Gym CH 149 · 157 TWO APS

## Our principles

### Delete.

The best part is no part.

### Simplify.

The simplest design that meets the requirement.

### Deploy UniFi.

One platform, with no per-device licensing.

## What an RF design includes

Six decisions, each measured before an AP is mounted.

### Predictive survey

Coverage and capacity modeled against your floor plans, wall materials and client density before an AP is mounted.

### Active site survey

Calibrated measurement of signal, noise floor and co-channel interference on site, across all three bands.

### Channel & power plan

Manual channel and transmit-power assignments per AP. No auto-channel. Every assignment has a reason written next to it.

### AP placement

Position, mount and antenna pattern for every access point, marked on the plan your electrician installs from.

### Capacity planning

Airtime budgeted per area for the devices that will actually be there. We design for capacity; coverage is the minimum.

### As-built documentation

Placement maps, channel plan, power table, heat maps and the validation survey data, handed to your team.

## Three bands in one channel plan

Each band propagates differently and carries different channel widths, so we plan all three together.

Congested · 3 non-overlapping DFS · radar-constrained Clean spectrum

### 2.4 GHz

3 channels · 20 MHz

Long range, high congestion. We constrain 2.4 to IoT, building automation and legacy devices, and keep it off your primary data path.

### 5 GHz

25 channels · 16 DFS

DFS-aware plans across every available channel. We map radar sources, set channel widths per AP and engineer for the throughput your operations need.

### 6 GHz

59 channels · 1,200 MHz

It has no legacy clients, no DFS and no neighbors. Most deployments leave it unused; our plans put it to work.

## Our process

Survey, plan, validate, then document.

01

### Survey

We document the facility, device inventory and requirements, then run predictive modeling and an active survey with calibrated equipment across all three bands.

02

### Plan

Manual channel assignments, transmit power and AP placement, documented per access point with the reason for each. Auto-optimize stays off.

03

### Validate

Every AP configured to spec, then a post-deployment survey confirms coverage and capacity meet the design.

04

### Document

Placement maps, channel plan, power tables, heat maps and the validation data: the as-built your team runs from.
