By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. ## 01 About Unified IT Unified IT llc is a network engineering and managed services company specializing in Ubiquiti UniFi deployments. The Site provides information about our services, capabilities, case studies, and content. The Site is not a platform for end-user transactions, software-as-a-service, or e-commerce. ## 02 Use of the site You may use the Site for lawful purposes to learn about our services, view our content, and contact us for business inquiries. You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, use automated tools to scrape or index the Site beyond what is permitted by our robots.txt file, interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation, impersonate Unified IT or any other person or entity, submit false or fraudulent information, or reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any Site content without written permission, except as the Automated access and AI use section below permits. ## 03 Intellectual property All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, documentation, code samples, and design elements — is the property of Unified IT llc or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. UniFi, Ubiquiti, and related marks are trademarks of Ubiquiti Inc. Our use of these marks reflects our status as a UniFi Certified Partner and does not imply endorsement or affiliation beyond our documented professional relationship. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site for personal, non-commercial use or for the purpose of evaluating our services. ## 04 Automated access and AI use Our public pages may be read by automated systems. Search engines may index them and show links and snippets. AI assistants and answer engines may read them and use them as input to an answer. Model developers may use them to train models. Our robots.txt states the same permissions in machine-readable form (Content Signals: search, ai-input and ai-train, all yes), and that file is the statement that governs where this text and a crawler disagree. When you quote or summarize a page, we ask that you attribute it to Unified IT and link to the page. This is a request, not a condition of the permission above. The permission covers the public pages of unifiedit.tech only. It does not cover the forms on the Site or anything submitted through them, the client portal, the calendar and lead endpoints under /api/, any personal data, anything available only on request, or the staging and preview copies of the Site, which carry a signal refusing all three uses. Reading those by automated means is not permitted. ## 05 User submissions Any information you submit through contact forms or other communication channels is subject to our Privacy Policy. By submitting information, you represent that it is accurate, that you have the right to share it, and that it does not violate any third-party rights. We are not obligated to respond to every submission. ## 06 Disclaimer of warranties THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Technical information, network diagrams, configuration examples, and case studies on the Site are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional engineering advice for your specific environment. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. ## 07 Limitation of liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNIFIED IT LLC, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00). ## 08 Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Unified IT llc, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms. ## 09 External links and third-party content The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. ## 10 Modifications We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. ## 11 Termination We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Site at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. ## 12 Governing law and dispute resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. ## 13 Entire agreement These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Unified IT llc regarding your use of the Site.
