## Our core values

- ### Humility

We know the limits of what we know, so we measure before we assume and read before we build.
- ### Excellence

We love what we do, and we give it our all on every project and ticket. It is what we were made for.
- ### Innovation

We are in the middle of a computing revolution, so we keep questioning our own assumptions, and our approach to engineering with them.

## Our approach to engineering

1. ### Question the requirements

Every project and every ticket begins with a set of requirements, and often no one remembers who wrote them. Excellence starts with asking what they really are.
2. $ sudo rm -rf /complexity

   ### Delete

The best part is no part, because it cannot fail. Wherever we can delete complexity from a design or a network, we do, and the network is better for it.
3. ### Simplify

Wherever we can simplify an architecture or the way an engineer meets the technology, we do. A simple architecture leaves a client the attention to run and troubleshoot it.
4. ### Deploy UniFi

UniFi fits the way we engineer, and no other platform lets us delete and simplify as much. We deploy it wherever it fits, and say so where it does not.
